There I said it. I don't have to like it, but I said it. Its not that the 20s were such great years, but its just that fact that I can't say i'm in my 20s anymore. I'm 30...i'm like 1/2 way up the hill to being "over the hill". lovely. I don't feel old though, so at least I have that going for me.
Trenton has just loved asking me over and over again today how old am I, and he didn't really get why no one was coming for a big birthday party. Barak tried to explain to him that old people don't have birthday parties. Great...now my husband admits I'm old.
Oh Snap! I know what I'm going to give up for Lent now! BIRTHDAYS!
