AVA'S FIRST BIRTHDAY

I know this blog post is a little late(ok alot late) but at least i'm doing it! Most of you have already seen pictures on my facebook page of Ava's birthday, but i'll add a few that I didn't post on FB already. It was really nice that both sets of Grandparents could be there for her big day, and even a set of Great Grandparents. Trenton was not too happy that Ava had a birtday party and he didn't. He couldn't quite understand why she got all the presents and attention. We tried to explain that his special day was a couple months away and then he would get a special cake and presents, which turned out to be a bad idea, because now he asks almost everyday if its his birthday yet. It was a good day though, and I'm sure Ava will remember nothing, but we did take a lot of pictures and video so that she can see when she gets older.
