We (and by we, i mean Barak) have finished redoing the 3rd bedroom of the house! its finally done!! We painted the walls olive green(well 3 of the walls, the other wall is white) and barak put down laminate wood floors. it looks really good. now all 3 bedrooms are wood floors which looks relaly nice. the 3rd bedroom is going to be the spare bedroom and computer room. I'll take pictures later of what it looks like and also pics of the rest of the house for those of you that have been asking me to post pictures of it.
Schatzi is doing great. I took her to the vet today for deworming and a shot. she did really well there. when we were in the waiting area to see the vet i looked down and her and she looked like she was covered in dandruff. the vet said when dogs get nervous they get "flakey". who knew?! weird. anyway, the only real big problem we are having with her right now is her nipping at everything. we are trying to break her of that puppy problem. we may do obedience school with her in the spring as well. Her ears are pointing up all the time now. she doesn't have that cute puppy look anymore, but at least we know that her ears will be pointed and there is nothing wrong with them. (some german sheperds have one up and one down). We are pretty much done with the leash training. she runs all over the house now and doesn't have to stay with us anymore. she isn't allowed in the bedrooms though, so we have to watch to make sure she doesn't sneak in there.

Trenton had a dr. appt. last week. he is 34" tall and 24lbs. which is underweight for his age, but he has a high metabolism and burns everything off so quickly. he eats like a horse though, so i really do feed him! we are beginning potty training this week as well. so we'll see how that goes. (keep your fingers crossed!)

shatzi's ears will probably droop again when she's about 4 mo.- because the calcium from her ears will go to her teeth at that time then they'll start staying up about 8 mo. T.J. reminds me of all you when you were little- helping me bake and cook- took extra time -but that's ok- it was fun and i enjoyed it. looking at t.j. makes it seem like yesterday when YOU were standing there doing the exact same thing!!!! Cute little snowsuit on t.j. - he's probably so busy playing that he doesn't notice all COLD he really is!!!!! MOM
awww I like the last pic of Trenton helping daddy. To cute. This year the weather has been crazy here as well. Hope it gets warmer for you. can't wait to see pics of the house.
