I am finally getting around to posting pictures of TJ's pirate room. I still need to get some wall decorations though. Hobby lobby has big pirate flags for sale. I think I might get one of those for the wall. Grandma Lutz made me a cedar hope chest that looks very much like a pirate chest. and since I can't really put it anywhere else I put it in TJ's room for his toy/treasure chest. (don't worry mom we put braces on the hinges so that the top can't come down!) He loves his new room.

Ava is 8 months old! She is so very close to walking on her own. Walkng along the edge of the couch and taking one or two steps on her own to get from the couch to the chair. shes going to be an early walker just like TJ was!

I've been very busy with my knitting business. I've had orders every week. This is always the busy part of the year so I enjoy it while it lasts. I get orders all year long, but not usually this busy. I've actaully had to turn people away and refer them to someone else. I wish I had more time, but I want to do knitting for Ava and TJ and also get some sewing projects done...plus christmas is coming up and I know I will be busy. I'm glad I made a facebook fan page for my business. It is way easier to update than the blog was.

Trenton is going to be a pirate for holloween(go figure!). I found ava a cute bear costume at goodwill that was practically brand new for $2 Can't beat that! I wasn't going to dress her up, but who could resist that cute costume?
