Okay I'm finally updating! I've been pretty busy. Most of my "free" time has been spent knitting. I had 8 special orders last month, and this month I have 10. I also sold a few things off my store webpage too. So its been busy to say the least. these are a few orders I finished last month. I know most of you won't really care about that, but Mom always asks to see pictures of the ones i've done so this is more for her.

We went to the beach for the last time of the summer last weekend. the water was too cool to swim in, but Trenton had fun playing in the sand anyway. He is getting braver, he used to never walk up to the water by himself, and if he wanted a bucket of water we had to get it for him, now he does it himself so that is an improvment!
This past week we have been in the process of getting rid of his pacifier. I packed up all the pacifiers except one and each day I have been snipping off a piece of it. The first day he was totally appauled at what I did to his nuk. but he took it anyway and went to sleep with it. the next day I snipped more off and he still went to bed with it. by the third day he brought it to me and asked me to "cut it". :) Its been a week now, and its more than half way gone. but he isn't asking for it at nap/bed time anymore. he still keeps it in bed and sometimes he'll put it in his mouth, but mostly he ignores it now. hopefully by the end of this week it will be gone forever. However, I don't know how i feel about this. i'm glad we are getting rid of it, but before he used to go right down at naptime and bedtime. Now, he takes forever to go to sleep, he gets up 100 times and won't sleep. I hope he is just making an adjustment to the routine and grows out of that soon!
sheep, and goats. they also had tons of interactive stuff to play on too. we went there last year, but didn't take him on any of the playground stuff since he was so little, but it was fun to see him play this year.

Trenton's new favorite thing to do is collect all his paint brushes and sit on the floor with a big bowl of water and pretend his is painting. Its cheap entertainment and he will sit there for over an hour so its really the only thing that keeps his attention for a long time!
He also has rediscovered his horse and drags that from room to room with all the time.

First time milking a cow...
