So this past week or so Trenton has been saying "Uh-Oh" alot. I mean ALOT....almost as much as when he said "I don't know" 500 times a day. A few days ago I was in the bathroom fixing my hair and he was in the living room playing with his toys. and I keep hearing him say "uh-oh" over and over. so I go out to investigate and the boy is stuck inside his toybox. so I thought it was funny and got him out. the next day I hear him saying "Uh-Oh" again. I go see whats the matter and Schatzi has one of his socks in her mouth. So He totally understands that sometimes when things happen all you can do is say "Uh-oh". That was untill yesterday when he decided to take "uh-oh" to a whole 'nother level. This time I was out in the kitchen with him and he had a sippy cup of milk he was drinking while i was making breakfast. Again he starts saying uh-oh and when I look over nothing happened, no sooner had i turned my head he proceeded to say uh-oh again and then DELIBERATELY pour his milk on the floor! I tried to explain to him that you can't say "uh-oh" and then do something bad on purpose and think its going to be okay. "uh-oh" is what you say when accidents happen, not when you want to be bad and need an "out". He totally didn't get it and still uses "uh-oh" to pretend that he didn't do something bad.....like shoving toys down the vent in the living room.

He's either really smart.....or really manipulative....I can't figure out which.
some pics....
and this is how i know he took the chocolate animals off the counter and ate them...

Here is a picture of the curtains I did for TJ's room. I think they turned out cute. matches his room perfect!

Oh Janell that sweet boy, has me cracking up this morning. It's so funny when they know they did something bad. They love to test us. :)Then they do the cutest thing ever and make us forget we were getting upset.
I would say he is really smart and his multiple intelligence is kinesthetic, blame his dad for that. Besides that he is a two year old, the age of exploration!!! Yes, this includes pouring milk on the table and saying uh-oh just to see if this language will work in the specific context of experimentation and being slightly mischievous:)
